Recent reviews

I’ve had this bird feeder and the associated app for over a year. Most of the time if it’s connected to WiFi it doesn’t recognize birds and when it does it doesn’t recognize species. The WiFi comes and goes but I don’t have any issues with other devices. I won’t renew and I suggest you don’t waste your money.

My wife purchased this as a Christmas gift to me in December 2026. I’m beginning to think this is a piece of junk. I have tried to download the paid for the bird identification software but keep getting the message that my payment method failed, even though I hadn’t entered any credit card info. I cannot open the “Acount information”, nor go I get decipherable no responses from the company. Anyone have any suggestions? Please respond to my request.
