Overall sentiment shows reliability and accuracy issues dominate the reviews. The app frequently goes offline, streams stall, and discovery times out. Bird identification is often wrong. Recent reviews

This app along with the device software/hardware are poorly done. Connectivity is spotty at best. There are additional charges for storage as well as the AI identify option, but the birds are not even correctly identified. Buffers constantly or won’t load live videos at all. Very poorly done.

When you delete a single photo or video the screen goes black and the app never recovers. This has happened to me at least three times. The only way to recover is to delete the app and re-establish yourself as a user. Very frustrating.
