PUNCH DETECTION (BETA) Place your phone near the bag and the app listens for punch impacts, counting your punches and tracking intensity throughout each round.

EFFORT SCORING Gamify your workouts with round-by-round effort scores based on heart rate intensity, consistency, and recovery.

VIDEO RECORDING Record your workouts to review technique later. Videos are stored locally and can be shared or exported.
