ROUND TIMER Set custom rounds, duration, and rest time directly on your Apple Watch. A bell sounds at the start and end of each round. Punch detection pauses automatically during rest so your stats stay clean. See per-round breakdowns after every session.

AI PUNCH CLASSIFICATION (Beta) An on-device AI model identifies jabs, hooks, and uppercuts in real time. See a color-coded breakdown on the watch summary and iPhone detail view. No cloud connection required.

A NOTE ON ACCURACY For best results, wear your Apple Watch on your lead hand (the hand you jab with). Jab Counter is optimized for lead-hand volume and intensity. High-energy activities like jump rope may register as light punches and can be excluded using the "Exclude Intervals" tool.
