GUIDED, SET BY SET A focused player walks you through each set in order, including supersets. Watch exercise video demos, log your weight, reps, and duration with a tap, and see your last performance on every set so you always know what to beat.

BUILT-IN REST TIMER Stay on pace with rest timers between sets and supersets, plus a preview of what is coming up next.

RATE EVERY SESSION Finish strong: rate how hard the session felt (RPE), add notes, and celebrate each completed workout with a clear summary of what you did versus what was planned.

HISTORY AND STATS Revisit any past workout in detail: volume, reps, total work and rest time, RPE, and plan versus actual for every set.
