Tinnitus Relief: MyPattern

MyPattern is a personalized tinnitus relief and sound therapy app designed to help users change their relationship with ringing ears through habituation. A 60-second quiz identifies tinnitus frequency, type, and severity, then recommends tailored therapies from a library of 13 research-informed approaches, including notched sound therapy, S Tones, Acoustic Coordinated Reset, CAABT, DFCRS, and auditory discrimination training.

The app also includes CBT-based daily lessons, breathing and grounding exercises, sleep soundscapes, tinnitus-focused neck and jaw relaxation techniques, progress tracking, and SOS tools for difficult moments. Milo, an AI tinnitus companion, provides research-informed educational guidance without offering medical advice.
