Complaint Desk is a smart and efficient ticket management app designed to streamline complaint handling and resolution. The app allows users to easily create tickets for their issues and track their progress in real time until closure.

Once a ticket is submitted, the complaint cell reviews and assigns it to the relevant area technical person. The assigned technician can resolve the issue either through a phone call or by visiting the customer’s location. In case of a physical visit, the technician uploads pictures as proof of resolution directly with the ticket.

After the issue is resolved, the customer receives the update and acknowledges the resolution within the app. Upon customer acknowledgment, the ticket is officially closed, ensuring transparency and accountability at every step.
