Then you check in across five dimensions: stress and anxiety, emotional disbalance, energy, focus, and motivation. From there, Breathtaking builds your first weekly practice plan, selected from 60+ techniques and tailored specifically to you.

Each week, you check in again. Your plan rebuilds around where you actually are.

Feeling overwhelmed or experiencing panic? More calming and grounding exercises. Low energy or struggling with motivation? Energizing techniques move to the front. Trouble sleeping or racing thoughts? Relaxation and mindfulness practices take priority. Your plan shifts as your life shifts.

Your daily practices draw from breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, and journaling, including box breathing, physiological sighing, Wim Hof method, vagus nerve stimulation, yoga nidra, body scan meditation, EFT tapping, somatic shaking, qigong, tai chi, CBT journaling, and more. I have been using it for a while due to work stress. It doesn’t take that long because I set the timer to the lowest. Just looking for something easy to try out. I did notice the difference. Some sessions can be intense, but that’s the point. Hope to see more progress.

My friend told me to try this and I was skeptical not gonna lie. The personality testing at the beginning was actually pretty cool though felt like it was paying attention. My only thing is I kept getting the same exercise for a few days and I wanted to see something new the breath work itself it’s legit calming tho . hoping they add more variety soon.

I love that this app gets to know me and chooses exercises specifically for me and my personality. I manage depression, anxiety and adhd and it can be overwhelming to figure out what I need on my own, it’s nice to have it chosen for me. Being able to track my progress is a nice touch, i can see where I’m struggling and improving each week and the app will suggest new exercises when needed. Overall helpful and easy to use.
