ANALYTICS GROUNDED IN PHYSICS
Baseline calculates mechanical work in kilojoules using real physics — weight lifted, distance traveled, reps completed — all based on your unique biomechanics. Track total work per session, work by muscle group, movement trends over time, and an 8-week regression forecast for any exercise. R² fit, weekly rate of change, and prediction bands to help see when your current rate of progress will get you to your goals.
PERSONAL RECORDS, YOUR WAY
Baseline detects PRs by maximum weight, best single-set work, or highest session volume. Star the exercises you care about and they surface first. Tap any record to see the full historical timeline of new bests for that movement.
OPTIONAL STRUCTURE WHEN YOU WANT IT
Build mesocycles with themed training days, set targets for sets, reps, and weight ranges, and import them at the start of any session as a reference — not a constraint. Or use reusable Plan Days for individual templates you return to. Change your mind mid-session and Baseline won't penalize you.
