How it works • Log your scroll time in a few taps, with quick presets (5, 15, 30, 60 minutes) or custom values. • Optionally tag which app you were using and where you were (bed, commute, work, bathroom, etc.). • See your daily “Scroll Debt” compared to a time budget you choose.

See your patterns clearly • Daily overview: how many minutes you scrolled today and how far you are from your budget. • States like Safe, Warning, Danger and Over, with light-hearted messages that make you think. • Simple weekly and monthly trends to spot your personal doomscroll hotspots. • Most-used apps and contexts, so you see where your time actually goes.
