KIERTUE is a tour management app for bands, artists and tour managers. All gig logistics in one place — stop scattering information across WhatsApp groups, emails and spreadsheets.

GIG CALENDAR All your gigs in one clear view. Load-in, soundcheck, showtime and the full day's schedule at a glance. Past and upcoming gigs are visually separated, and today's gig is automatically highlighted.

TOUR MANAGEMENT Create and manage multiple tours simultaneously. Archive past tours and keep the upcoming one clean. Each tour is its own unit with gigs, travel info and schedules.

TRAVEL LOGISTICS Routes, travel times and pit stops in one view. Outbound and return trips separately. Accommodation details alongside each gig. The app calculates travel times and schedules automatically.

SETLISTS AND SONGS Song library with keys and tempos. Create, edit and arrange setlists. Attach a setlist to a gig. Download your setlist as a clean PDF printout — straight to the music stand or the sound engineer.

GUEST LISTS Manage guest list requests per gig. Set capacity and deadline. The list locks automatically before the show. Print the guest list as a PDF for the venue door.

VENUE DATABASE A shared venue database for all users. Save your own contacts, notes and attachments (lighting, sound and general files) per band — securely in compliance with GDPR.

PRODUCTION INFO Store per-gig production details: catering, backstage, technical requirements and other practical information. Everything is attached to the gig, not scattered across separate files.

TEAM MANAGEMENT Invite your band members by email. Three roles: admin, member and viewer. Set up visibility groups so each member sees only the gigs they belong to. The whole team stays in sync in real time.

WORKS OFFLINE The current week's gig data is automatically saved to the device. Schedules, contacts, setlists and attachments are available without an internet connection — perfect for life on the road.

NATIVE iOS AND WEB KIERTUE works as a native iOS app and a progressive web app. Data syncs in real time — a change on one device is instantly visible to everyone.

VENUE MANAGER ACCOUNTS A free portal for venues: gig calendar, official profile, technical info and attachments. Show Advancing system between the band and the venue.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY Data is stored in Google's Firebase cloud in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Strong authentication, App Check protection and a transparent privacy policy.

PRICING 14-day free trial. After that EUR 29.90/month per band. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. All band members are included — no per-user fees.
