Activ.ie connects with one supported device or service at a time: the Apple Health app using HealthKit when you use an Apple Watch, the Garmin platform when you use a Garmin device, or the Fitbit platform when you use a Fitbit device, to securely read your health and fitness data, such as step count, sleep duration, heart rate, and activity metrics recorded by your devices and the Apple Health app. This health data is used exclusively to track your daily activity and determine when you have achieved your wellness goals inside the app so that you can unlock rewards and benefits. ​

With your permission, Activ.ie reads your step, sleep, and activity data from the Apple Health app or from your connected Garmin or Fitbit account; it does not write any data back to the Apple Health app or to these platforms, and it does not share your health data with third parties for marketing purposes. You can change these permissions at any time in the Apple Health app settings and in your Garmin and Fitbit account settings. ​
