Avantas-Aktiv

Avantas Aktiv is an activity app that suits everyone. Regardless of your physical status, wether you are a completely normal exerciser or an active athlete, you will experience motivation, progression and a sense of achievement.

The app integrates with Health appen/HealthKit on your device. If you give us permission after installing the app, we will be able to get your workouts logged with your iPhone or with your Apple Watch.

You can track your activities live using the app, you can post-register, or you can sync from any known device or third party-app.

We give you feedback based on your own level. You get access to exclusive training programs, videos, advice, inspiration and instructions, made by som of the most experienced coaches in the business.

You may also invite friends into private teams, where you can keep in touch and motivate each others. You may also join or create groups for people who share your interests, be it cycling, running, skiing, strength training, yoga or just about anything else.
