Developed by Milton Keynes City Council, in collaboration with Loughborough University's Centre for Lifestyle Medicine and Behaviour (CLiMB) and Milton Keynes University Hospital, ACTIVATE is built around you — your goals, your schedule, and your pace.

YOUR PERSONALISED ACTIVITY PLAN Answer a few simple questions when you first sign up and ACTIVATE will create a weekly physical activity plan tailored to your lifestyle. Your goals adapt week by week based on how you're doing — increasing gently when you're on a roll, or easing back if you need a breather. No one-size-fits-all targets here.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS IN REAL TIME Link your smartwatch and let ACTIVATE do the hard work. Your steps, active minutes, heart rate, and more are synced automatically throughout the day. Watch your progress build on the dashboard, explore your stats over days, weeks, and months, and see exactly how close you are to hitting your daily goal.

EARN REWARDS FOR STAYING ACTIVE Every day you hit your activity goal, you earn real rewards. Your credits build up over the quarter and can be claimed as Love2Shop vouchers — redeemable at hundreds of retailers nationwide. It all adds up, so every bit of movement counts.

PLAN YOUR ACTIVITY YOUR WAY Use the Action Planning feature to decide what you'll do, when, where, and for how long — then let ACTIVATE remind you when it's time to get moving. Review your plans each week and adjust based on what's working.

STAY INFORMED AND MOTIVATED Browse a library of trusted health resources covering physical activity, behaviour change, managing Type 2 diabetes, and more. Get timely nudges, motivational messages, and smart alerts — including notifications directly to your wrist.

BUILT WITH ACCESSIBILITY IN MIND ACTIVATE is designed to be clear, simple, and easy to use — with plain English throughout, large tap targets, screen reader support, and customisable notification settings.
