After registered as CTFS Volunteer Alliance members, users can:

• Sign up for volunteer activities
• Receive notifications
• Create volunteer profile and track their service record etc.

Information We Collect

• Name and Email , Gender, Date of Birth: Used for account registration and app communication.

Data Storage and Security

• Data is securely stored and never shared with third parties. -Gender and Date of Birth information is collected solely to display relevant content to the user within the app. These fields are necessary for core functionality and are not used for tracking or shared with third parties.

User Rights

• Users cannot delete their account.
