Connect@TOUCH by TOUCH Community Services allows users to support causes close to their hearts and volunteer at their convenience. It helps to identify, connect and match volunteers based on their preferences and availability to meet the needs in the community. Volunteers can download and install the app to view needs and decide when and how they wish to help. Volunteering opportunities can be real time or scheduled in advance. For a start, TOUCH will provide meals delivery and will further expand its volunteering options progressively.   This app allows users to:

• Access real-time volunteering opportunities
• Select jobs based on nature of tasks and location
• Schedule and plan in advance volunteering slots for up to three calendar weeks
• View, change and withdraw selected jobs
• Receive notifications, reminders and alerts
• Update job delivery status
• Provide real-time feedback on issues encountered while volunteering
• Keep track of volunteering commitments
