Once synced with your Pivot™ pump, the app enables:

• Basal Rate Management - set and adjust your basal rate, or set a different rate for daytime and nighttime. Settings are retained for the pump’s operational life unless modified.
• Real-Time Pump Status- view current pump activity, including basal and bolus delivery, as well as any active suspensions.
• Activity Log - track key pump events such as cartridge changes, bolus completion, delivery suspensions, and alarms.
• Seamless Data Sharing - automatically transmit insulin delivery data to Glooko®, where it can be viewed and shared by you and your healthcare team via their website or app.

You cannot dismiss alarms from the app and must do so on the pump itself, but once an alarm has been dismissed on the pump it will also disappear from the app.

The Pivot™ Diabetes app is needed for first-time Pivot™ Insulin Delivery System setup (programming of Treatment Settings). The app is also needed to make any changes to Treatment Settings. Also, the app is needed to identify alarms and gives step-by-step instructions for all alarm types. Insulin delivery cannot be started or stopped from the Pivot™ Diabetes app.
