The Pivot app leverages metrics such as the types of activities performed, sleep performance, strain and recovery data from WHOOP to provide personalized nutritional guidance that align with your lifestyle behaviours to optimize for your healthspan or quality of life, while promoting longevity by helping you be the best version of yourself with minimal effort from your end.

The Pivot app allows you to enter your health and fitness goals, cuisine preferences, dietary restrictions, and then calculates the perfect daily calories for consumption and macronutrient targets to attain those goals.

Then, based on your dietary and cuisine preferences, and dietary restrictions, it helps you generate meal plans within those nutritional constraints of calories and macros, clearly specifying their descriptions, ingredients and cooking instructions.

You can pick goal settings for fat loss, strength gain, body recomposition or optimization for healthspan x longevity. You pick how many meals you want to consume every day, and receive meals in line with your taste profile, constrained within your calorie and macro targets, along with ingredients and cooking instructions for each meal.

5-day Meal prep.

The Pivot app also helps create 5-day meal preps, detailing all the meals (as above) along with a consolidated grocery list you can export for ease of shopping.

Calendar history.

You also have a Calendar feature where you can see the history of all your previously created daily meals and 5-day preps. It is an entire track record of your previous daily target calories for consumption, macros, meal recommendations and meal preps, from every day that you start using the Pivot app.
