The CommonSpirit mobile app is a simple, secure way to access recent health info. There are different CommonSpirit apps available depending on where you receive care. This version is for parts of WA. For AR, GA, KY, TN, and TX regions, look for “CommonSpirit - AR/GA/KY/TN/TX” in the App Store. For CO, KS, or UT regions, look for “CommonSpirit – CO/KS/UT” in the App Store. I tried attaching a photo, but it doesn’t accept the format my iPhone used to take the picture. Methinks the CommonSpirit app needs to be changed to accept what could the format gazillions of iPhone users might try to submit. Thanks.

There is no good time to try and upgrade, but I can’t figure out what this change was meant to improve? It’s one site bouncing to another, I even went in for an already scheduled appointment and was told to use this app to access my chart it then sends me to another information provider who needs another password (which doesn’t seem to work with this organization’s password) and verification that’s too slow before something that times out… I am having a hard time accessing any Rx numbers or get ahold of someone or some secure location so I can get my overdue meds to my pharmacy. I truly hope things improve for everyone as I’m a healthcare provider too, but it is so bad it’s not just difficult as it used to be - it’s dysfunctional.
