I cover myself and daughter. It shows $0 on my chart but I keep getting calls saying I owe. Called the billing company and they say I owe and it should show in my chart. This whole app is not working correctly

I can log into the portal fine, but not to here “problem logging in, please try again”. I reset my password just to make sure nothing was wrong with it - same results. Ugh. Portal experience is bad enough but now this? C’mon people.
