I cannot use this app because it has not synced with my data. Can’t see bills, send messages, review appt notes.

This app is great for seeing your test results or chatting with a doctor but if you want to schedule an appointment, it’s useless. You can’t even find your doctor’s phone number on it! It says you can schedule but after going through many screens to pick your doctor and the appointment type, it then tells you “this appointment cannot be scheduled online”. It also claims to link your account with other doctors/facilities so “all your info is in one place”.but after taking the time to link accounts it still opens multiple windows between accounts. Hardly one place. The app used to work much better before the latest merger.
