Rest Over Relax

Rest Over Relax is an application to help you prioritize the planning, participation and reflection of rest days. You can plan out the date and activities of your rest day within the app. Add your own personal score of the rest day and add journal entries about the events of your rest day. Be intentional by completing your pre-rest day tasks so there is no distraction. Over time based on user provided information Rest Over Relax will recommend the best day of the week for you personally to rest as well as the most highly ranked activities to potentially include in your dedicated day of rest.
