I generally don’t apps that I pay for, but this one has held its value and given me so much more than I imagined. I use these meditations everyday. They’ve changed the way I react to life, they’ve deepened my relationship with God, they’ve healed me sleep through insomnia, and reconnect to myself in stillness. The tapping exercises are vital for how I deal with chronic and fatigue and cPTSD recovery. These are scientifically proven strategies I’ve studied myself with one imperative distinction — Sandra centers *Jesus* at the heart of all of her videos. This has been such a blessing to me. I can’t recommend this app highly enough for the Christian tapping alone. All the great meditations just add to the value. ❤️

I am loving this app. And the teachings from Sandra are from phenomenal. It’s not easy to find true Christ centered meditations. I don’t want, in my meditation, to remove all thoughts. I want my thoughts to be on my Heavenly Father. And yet I’m not comfortable with doing my own meditation as I am a beginner. What Sandra has created allows me to go deeper in my faith while also experiencing the benefits of meditation to the mind, body, and spirit. I highly recommend this!
