I found Christ Centered Tribe first on YouTube. The app offers community, tapping insights, and organizes the meditations in ways that help me tremendously when I need to change my mindset in the middle of the night or day. It's a wonderful go-to tool when anxiety, worry, fear, overwhelm threaten day or night. I'm so thankful for the app and the community that comes with it!
