Guided Meditation++

I’ve been reviewing meditation apps for some time and there are many in the App Store. I came across Guided Meditation and thought I would give it a try. I was amazed at the diversity of content in this app. When I evaluate an app prior to download, I examine such things as data collected, user reviews, etc. I have adopted Guided Meditation into my daily routine. To me, this is a game changer. But what needs to be said and equally compelling is the subject of Application Support. All too frequently users fault the App Developer or his/her team for poor support. On this issue, I most strenuously disagree. Once I downloaded the App it performed flawlessly. Eventually, an issue developed and I contacted the developer through the App Store. It is at this point that I must recognize the dedicated attention to resolving the issue. Once identified, the staff were committed to fixing the problem. Moreover, a member of their team maintained regular contact with me to inform of their progress. Who Does This? Even further, a Team Member provided me with a Work Around to use their Website until the Mobile App was again functional ! This strongly surpasses mediocrity of customer support compared to other companies who merely say “I’m Sorry.” I now have an excellent App that I use to reset my daily state. For the foregoing reasons, I happily award five stars and wish I could give ten. Come On People, give this App a chance. There are App Developers and their team who work tirelessly on the back end to support their App and regularly update it. Respectfully submitted.

I love this app but it stopped working a few days ago. I’d love to keep my subscription but I don’t want to pay for an app that doesn’t work. Help please.
