Relax and focus on Jesus

I’ve used the Encounter app for many years, and it has been a blessing I can hardly put into words. Unfortunately, this latest update has been disappointing. Yes, it fixed a playback bug, but I would gladly trade that fix to have the old app—or at least the features that made it so special—back. The automatic message that generated when I shared the app (with the option to donate) is gone, and more importantly the Bible readings have disappeared, which is the biggest loss of all. There also seem to be fewer meditations now, and some are read by what sounds like an AI-generated voice. I do appreciate the addition of a built-in Bible, but there are already plenty of Bible apps. Encounter’s unique Scripture readings and thoughtful meditations were what set it apart. Thank you for all the work you do; this app has blessed me for years. I truly pray you’ll hear long-time users’ concerns and consider restoring the features that made Encounter so meaningful.
