SOVA is a sleep protector, which works by blocking distracting apps in the evenings before going to bed and, therefore, not let the phone steal your sleep away. It measures your sleep debt for 14 days using the scientifically sound method, forecast the quality of your sleep according to your behavior, and implements the 6-week course with increasingly difficult boundaries. Every morning you will have to report to the app, and once per week, on Sundays, you will be provided with an update on how things are going with your sleep.
