Next Set

Next Set features: Divided into three main sections:

1. Exercises - Add any weight training exercise you want. You may include whether the exercise involves a barbell, as well as the barbell's weight (usually 45lbs for typical Olympic barbells). This tab also includes Progress graphs for each exercise (tracks volume of work i.e. weight x reps)

2. Workout - The tab where you select which workouts you want to perform. Each workout involves 3 sets by default. May end workouts early if needed. All workouts are recorded in both the Exercises and History tabs

3. History - Provides a list of all workouts performed, including dates, times, weights, and reps.
