Face ID doesn’t always work and you have to then verify your user id and password? C’mon man. I swear this bank wants to lose customers. Fix your app. I get maintenance has to be done but in the middle of the day?

2026-08-05	An*****	If I could leave 0 star review, I would. I never had issues on the previous app compared to this one. Security questions every login, can’t login with face, can’t login with password, error, error, error. Need to get on top of this before I switch banks. This is pretty ridiculous.

2026-07-31	No*****	I’ll begin by saying Happy State bank is phenomenal when interacting in person, however, the entire IT department needs to be overhauled. The app is extraordinarily glitchy and prevents you from changing basic information in your account.

2026-07-27	e_*****	I literally have no access to my account. It won’t read my face and even after I change my password, it STILL doesn’t let me into my account. I can’t check how much money I have in my account. This is ridiculous.

Why even switch from the old one i had no problems with that one like i do this. every time i try to login i have to answer security questions. sometimes it doesn’t even let me login because “can’t login using face id please enter password” “can’t use password try again later”

2026-07-19	Si*****	I have my Face ID enabled on this app. Once in a while when I try to log in, it says “Unable to log in with Face ID.” So then I go to put in my password and it tells me there was an error signing in. Why can this app never work?! I have already reset my password twice so that I can just log in and look at my account.. This app needs to be fixed.
