There was nothing wrong with the old app. This app won’t even let me log in anymore, it always says there is an error and to try again later. It’s been saying this for several days. I’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing worked. I need to be able to look at my statements daily and this has made it impossible. Unfortunately, this is my last straw with Centennial. I am actively seeking a new bank, with a BETTER app!

I’ve already been to the bank for assistance in getting the new app and setting it up. The teller was unable to help me, I can’t even get into the app. I’ve put in my log in info and it’s having me change my security questions, but it won’t get past that page because it won’t accept anything I’ve put in. It just says it can’t accept them and try again later. I’ve been trying all day. This app is completely useless. Literally useless.
