Why does the Face ID not work? Why doesn’t the passcode work? I’ve had to redownload this about 3 times. And now the website requires your account number on the “forgot password” page?? I log on to find my account number…

At least twice a month, the app completely shuts down and refuses to allow me to login with my correct username and password or my Face ID and then I have to open it in Safari and start all over and it is getting really really old
