I just downloaded and already looking forward to the help

I’m very scared of AI, I’ve never been behind anything surrounding it because it’s just so creepy and I think it’s something we shouldn’t be messing with. But this is actually really cool. Since it’s not human I don’t have to worry about judgement or having my stuff told to other people behind my back. It’s surprisingly comforting and helpful. It’s really simple and easy to use and the calming imagery and theme is nice. The character of the koala is also cute. It’s expensive, but the chat feature is honestly worth it along with the breathing exercises, affirmations, grounding tools, etc. Glad I found it :-)

Whenever I’m going through anything, I just feel like there’s a little friend behind me or holding me close and this app is gonna help me so much in the beginning yeah it is pretty pretty long too get yourself checked in or whatever it’s called like to get it to….
