The whole separation from Tap is a total scam, a way to make So Cal people pay more to get around. Also this app sucks! Randomly logged me out just before boarding (I had already pulled up the QR code on my phone)

It was fine for about a couple of weeks, until it logs you off automatically. Drivers get tick and annoyed when we logs in and wait for us. Apparently, I forgot my password and re-start my app because of the sudden LOG OFF by its app! This app is DINOSAUR! Make it easy for old people and everyone alike who use public transport!
