Every bad review you see! Tried 5 times to register for senior discount. Start early, by the time you get it done you WILL be a senior. Asking me for my card number WHILE USING THE APP THAT HAS THE CARD ON IT. I gave up. Next step: delete app, cancel trip to OC.

I get on the bus and scan the barcode but the scanner says the barcode is no longer valid. This has happened the last 2 times I’ve ridden OCTA. I have to take a minute to login again.
