The reduced fair part doesn’t work. It won’t let me complete the application for a reduced fair. I believe it’s discrimination against my age which is more common than people think

My second review in a month. Once again the app signed me out before boarding the bus, and would not accept my password and forced me to create another. The driver didn’t wait and took off. The app is infuriating and not dependable. Look into getting the card instead.
