Got matched up with “emerald cuts”, first mow went fine. Then they ignored my messages and never heard from them. 2nd appointment they send a picture from the first mow and try charging me, even though no one came out. I dispute it with green pal, sending pictures that no one but my yard, and that it’s the same photo from the first time. Now everything is frozen so I can’t find anyone new. Their “chat” is just ai/auto messages that tell me everything is frozen to contact emerald cuts. But they ignore me sooo? Just no more service. Save yourself the headache and don’t think about using this app.

Signed up and booked a pro easily, communicated via text, and then he was a two-time no show. Cancelled the appointment with him, put in a new request — first bid that came in was from him again. At a higher price. Second bid was from a “different” pro — also obviously him, from the profile photo — at a slightly lower price. Ick. Deleted my account.

Good idea, bad implementation. The app freezes constantly, requiring you to close it & reopen; there are also certain screens within that provide you with no “Back Button”, requiring you to close the app & reopen. Everyone on there offering their services wants you to drop them on the app, and just pay them in cash.
