GreenPal, Lawn & Yard Care App

I would give GreenPal negative stars if I could. I scheduled a lawn-mowing service through GreenPal. The crew never showed up, yet THREE DAYS later, my card was charged for a service that was never performed. The photo uploaded by the mowers in the app wasn’t even my house. I contacted GreenPal customer service, and the experience was beyond frustrating. I received nothing but repetitive, copy-and-paste responses with zero actual effort to resolve the issue. At one point, I was told my card hadn’t been charged. Then I was told the crew would have to run my card onsite. Both statements are completely wrong because my card is saved in the GreenPal app and was charged through the platform. The biggest issue is the complete lack of accountability. GreenPal allowed a customer to be charged for a service that was never provided, and then made ME prove it. Finally got a copy paste answer demanding three forms of proof: my texts attempting to resolve the issue with the mower, proof that my lawn was still uncut, and proof that my card had been charged. I provided every single thing they requested. And then, I got ghosted. I paid for a service I never received, provided all the evidence GreenPal demanded, and still couldn’t get anyone to take responsibility or resolve the situation. Customers should never have to fight this hard to get their money back for a service that was never performed. Absolutely unacceptable. GreenPal needs to take responsibility for the vendors operating through its platform and stop allowing customers to be charged for services they never received Edit: So I emailed the team support as requested and it’s been 6 days with no response. If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM APP!!

I was wanting to use these services. When you open the app, you have to put in your address. Because of where I live, there are different letters at the same address. I emailed them days ago and they have not bothered to contact me back. They don’t care about their customers. Use a legit service.
