SitFocus is a Pomodoro focus timer with a built-in posture coach. While you work, your camera quietly checks whether you're slouching — and nudges you before your back complains.

Private by design

• All posture detection runs on your device using Apple's Vision framework
• Camera frames are analyzed in memory and instantly discarded — never recorded, never stored, never uploaded
• No video, no photos, no biometric data ever leaves your device
• Only your anonymous posture score (a percentage) is saved to your account

A coach, not an alarm

• Bad posture tints your timer ring the moment it's detected
• Only after a few seconds of actually staying slouched do you get a sound and a reminder — leaning over to reach for your coffee never sets it off
• Set the warning interval yourself, or turn the sound and notification off entirely for visual-only coaching
• Calibrate once — 10 seconds of sitting well — and alerts adapt to your body, desk, and camera angle
