Posture Monitoring App uses your phone's camera to watch your upper-body posture in real time.

If your posture slips and stays that way for a while, the app alerts you with a sound and a screen color change. It's a good fit for desk work, online classes, or any time you spend long stretches in the same position.

How to use it

1. Place your phone diagonally in front of your body, with your face and both shoulders near the center of the frame.
2. Sit up straight in your usual working posture and hold still for a few seconds to record your correct posture.
3. Adjust how easily a warning triggers to match your preference.
4. Start monitoring.

Moving your phone or chair afterward throws off the reference it judges against, so set it up again if you do.

About your privacy Camera footage is processed entirely on your device for posture judgment. It is never saved and never sent anywhere else. Your settings and monitoring records are also stored on your device only.

The app only works while it is open and in the foreground; monitoring stops if you close the app or switch to another app.
