MesoBuilder is a strength training platform built for lifters and coaches who train with structured mesocycles. Create multi week training blocks, log every set, track effort with RIR, and monitor progression over time, all without spreadsheets.

Analyze completed training blocks, compare performance across mesocycles, and use intelligent progression suggestions to keep making progress. Home Screen widgets and live workout timers help keep you on track during every session.

MesoBuilder adapts to both lifters and coaches, offering tools tailored to individual training as well as professional coaching workflows.

MesoBuilder works seamlessly on both iPhone and iPad. On iPad, a spacious layout makes it easy to manage templates, clients, and programs side by side.

INTELLIGENT PROGRESSION

MesoBuilder’s built in progression system analyzes both performance and training effort to suggest updated loads and reps for upcoming sessions. Log RIR (reps in reserve) to help the app understand how hard each set truly was and receive smarter recommendations week after week.

Progression suggestions require an active subscription.

A Coach subscription includes everything in the Individual subscription, allowing you to manage clients while continuing to build programs, log workouts, and track progress for yourself in Individual mode.

Every coach can manage up to 2 clients for free with full program building and workout logging capabilities. Upgrade to Coach anytime to expand your roster.

Coach subscribers can also:

• Create and manage programs for multiple athletes • View athlete workouts, adherence, and logged results • Enable automatic weekly progression suggestions for clients • Track client effort with RIR and monitor long term progress

Coach features beyond the free tier require a Coach subscription.

PRIVACY FIRST

Your training data is stored securely in your personal iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit. Data is never sent to our servers, and the developer cannot view or access it. MesoBuilder uses only anonymous, privacy preserving analytics.

BUILT BY A LIFTER

MesoBuilder is independently built and maintained by a lifter who wanted a simpler, more practical way to plan training.
