This helps you improve operating safety and boost efficiency in all aspects of warewashing. The app collects and analyses relevant machine data and uses this to provide specific guidance and recommendations for action – ensuring an optimal washing process.

CONNECTED WASH – the intelligent networking of Winterhalter warewashers – is divided into the following three areas: Safety, Optimisation and Analysis.

Safety: Recording and evaluation of all machine notifications with clear recommendations – for example, you’ll receive a notification when chemicals run out and can order new supplies directly and conveniently via the app.

Optimisation: Specific measures for maximum hygiene and efficiency – such as a reminder if the self-cleaning programme was skipped at the end of the day, or a notification if the time between switching on the machine and the first wash cycle is too long, resulting in avoidable heating costs.

Analyses: Statistics on washing behaviour, performance analyses and a wash cycle log (HACCP)
