Bad app. I have a Miele account but app just refuses to log me in. It says authentication failed every thing after deleting and reloading. I can only use the website and not the app.

Easy to connect washer/dryer to the app, but I was hoping that I could access appliance settings and programmable functions so that I wouldn’t have to navigate using the small digital display on the unit itself. For example, changing things like PIN code, keypad volume, buzzer, and welcome time; changing these options within an app would probably be less of a hassle than navigating the programmable functions on the appliance itself. Edit: It’s now been a couple years and the app functionality hasn’t improved at all. I can only assume that the people who work on this product don’t actually use it in their own homes.
