I’ve tried several times to support CoOp, but if they don’t have the drivers, why should I keep trying? From multiple cancels in winter to just not around, I’m done.

I booked a preplanned trip. I had four drivers pick up and cancel my ride. The last two drivers. Say that I canceled the drive which I did not. It said it was a pre-Auth, but it was a full charge. I still have the charge on my account. Where I can’t use that money to actually get a ride. This app is a Joke, do not USE!

First time using it. Driver had me wait outside in freezing temperatures then trip just disappeared from app. No record, no alert, no message. App is a total failure or a fraud
