I really want to use this app and support the co-op model but I can’t get it to work. Can’t login, I try to reset my password and I never get the emails or texts. I love the idea but seems like it’s not very well designed

Wow in a bad way! No focus on customer experience. I can’t even finish account creation. There is nothing intuitive about this app. Would love to support a co-op alternative ride-share service, but this isn’t it.
