User Reviews

User reviews repeatedly flag Eve's pricing and access hurdles, including costly subscriptions and opaque trial terms, with few opportunities to preview content before paying. Technical issues and onboarding hurdles (incomplete screens, device-switch problems, and difficulties canceling) further degrade experience. Translation quality or non-English video content complicates practice sessions. Some reviewers feel ads set inaccurate expectations about prenatal exercises, leading to disappointment. Overall, the app struggles with value clarity, accessibility, and user experience.
Pros
  • Varied video catalog mentioned by at least one reviewer
  • Some reviewers described the app as good or great
  • Noted potential appeal and market for prenatal wellness content (positive sentiment about the concept)
Cons
  • High cost and opaque billing with subscription fees and refund concerns
  • No meaningful content preview before subscribing; trial terms push to pay
  • Technical/UX issues and instability (screen display problems, cross-device issues, difficulty canceling)
  • Language/translation problems in videos (AI voiceover hard to follow; not always in English)
  • Ads misrepresent the content or features compared with the actual app

I saw multiple ads for this app before I downloaded loaded it. The ads i saw showed women more in a gym setting, and they were doing pelvic floor exercises and other things that looked like it would prepare me for an unmedicated birth. But once i downloaded the app there is only voice over videos of a women doing yoga. Very disappointing especially to be charged $59! I’d really like a refund as this is not the exercises that were advertised on instagram.

I downloaded this app Jan. 19th and could not use any of the free trial features because the screen is not fully showing; I figured it was a ploy to get people to pay for the full app so I signed up for a year membership so that I could get my body ready for labor. Since paying I still have not been able to access the features for the app; it gets stuck in the size of my baby and I cannot get past that screen. I have updated when possible—even deleted and redownloaded the app SEVERAL times; I’m extremely disappointed in the app and considering I’m delivering in May, I have lost a lot of valuable time to get my body prepared.
