User Reviews

Many reviews praise the app as a convenient, gentle at-home yoga option for pregnancy and note its lower cost versus studios. However, complaints dominate: a paywall with little to no free trial, subpar graphics and robotic narration, insufficient instructional cues, and recurring sign-up/login issues. Overall, the core pros are ease of use and relaxation benefits, while the primary cons center on access barriers, content quality, and technical usability.
Pros
  • Easy to follow, gentle and relaxing pregnancy yoga routines with practical breathing exercises.
  • Helpful for relaxation and birth preparation; some users report using breathing techniques during birth.
  • Convenient home practice and lower cost compared to in-person studio sessions; fits busy schedules.
  • User-friendly feel and simple design that some reviewers find easy to use.
Cons
  • Paywall and misleading free access: many features require purchase or subscription, with several reviews noting no usable free content.
  • Content quality concerns: computer-animated visuals, robotic narration, and poor graphics detract from relaxing experience.
  • Weak instructional cues: limited instruction, few auditory prompts, and users often must watch the screen to follow along.
  • Technical/UX issues: sign-up friction, problematic date input (due date) controls, and occasional login/payment workflow problems that block use.

The music is not good yoga music. Needs to change.

This app is horrible. It’s not free and these good reviews are fake because using the app was a terrible experience.

You actually have to buy a time period to use the app for. 3.99 was too much in my opinion for a month just for me to try it out. You’re rushed through the poses by a CG woman who doesn’t move like a real person and there’s very little instruction. There are also no auditory cues to change position so you always have to be watching the screen, even on your back to keep up. The routine maybe lasted 10 minutes? I’d rather pay for a real class than use this app again.
