It’s hard to know what you’re getting with an app. But I knew one of the instructors Heather from a live course and the movements really helped me with the daily aches and pains of pregnancy. I highly recommend practicing yoga during pregnancy. It is such a blessing. You can trust the yoga instructors on this app.
