It’s an OK app, pretty good for cheap affordable transportation. Caveat is the wait times are somewhat volatile and you never know if riders are not available until you need to leave and a ride is unable to be booked. It states that operating hours are 7am to 7pm but I am unable to book rides as early as 6:28pm with the app siting that booking is not within operating hours. That being said if you want to book a ride, do so minimum 30 minutes in advance just in case.

Terrible. Cars are always late and switch your ride last minute. I order my Via 45 minutes earlier than I need to in order to get there and they still somehow end up getting to my location late or switching my car. Hate this app.
