I love the feedback provided to me with every meal. Being able to track my macros like this is quick, efficient, and it provides me excellent feedback on how I can reach my goals through my nutrition. Overall has made me more conscious of not just what I am eating but also how much I’m eating throughout the day. If theres anything I’d like to see added in the future would be the ability to edit the date for when my food was logged. Sometimes I can’t log food I ate before midnight due to work and then it just logs on the new day and cannot change the date.
