The claim process is fairly easy but it could be better. 1) I like that it locates my purchase and lists the items so I can select the item with the issue. But why is it then asking me what the item is? The system should know that linked through codes or something. 2) The list of items it provides to select from did not include the item I was filing the claim on (corner portion of a modular sofa) so I had to select my guess at what might be the closest thing visually- “Sofa Portion RAF” but I’m not positive what RAF means. 3) Don’t use acronyms the customer might not understand ie “Sofa Portion RAF” and “Sofa Portion LAF” - I’m guessing these mean “Right Arm Facing” and “Left Arm Facing?” Overall, linking the item selected from the purchase list to what that item is would eliminate confusion and guesswork.
