The application is easy to use and works well, but the service provided by the company is not worth it. They do not have enough technicians in the NY area, and it can take more than a week to get a response from an electrician. I opened a claim last month for an exhaust fan issue, and they sent someone who claimed to be an electrician, but he did not even know how to use a tester. I ended up paying him as well. Later, the company denied my claim based on the statement provided by that technician. You can open a claim, but it rarely gets approved or fixed properly. It is better to hire an electrician directly, which will save you both time and frustration.

Filed a request to have the sewage ejector pump replaced It’s 20 some years old and alarm keeps going off They sent a contractor and he looked at it and reported back to the company CHW keeps saying it’s a sump pump but it is not !!!! It’s a sewage pump . Still trying to get SOMEONE to listen and realize what it is !! Regret singing with Choise Home Warranty !! Don’t Go There !!!!!
