It is frequently wrong, and too slow. The information during set up is not in depth enough, and I’m disappointed in myself of falling for the discounted year rate instead of just doing the free trial.

Can’t find lifetime subscription option on app. Also I hateeeee notifications so I always customize them. Even with the notifications set for every 2 hours, all the status updates off, it’s still messaging me every 5 minutes saying my HRV is low. I don’t want to mute the notifications, but I also don’t need to know every few minutes.
