This is the second time I’m leaving a review because evidently they don’t like to post not perfect reviews. This program is OK. I do really like the fact that Jack does explain and really lay out the premise for doing what you’re doing. That part I think is excellent. That’s why this has three stars and not less. The exercises are good. I don’t think they’re as good as the original PRGM. Luckily I was part of the original PRGM and I remember the swap outs for the most part. It gave swap outs if you didn’t have the kind of machine that was used in the exercise. This program says it does, but it does not. Which is frustrating. I use a mix of bands, free weights and body weight for exercises and that’s where the swap outs are needed because I don’t have a cable machine at home and I don’t go to a gym. Additionally, if you leave a question in the community, it very rarely gets answered.

The app is not currently working. I am unable to log in and use as a paying subscriber. Waiting to hear back from customer service. When it works it’s great.

I loved PRGRM, so it was a no brained to switch over. Took some getting used to a new format since I don’t take time to read instructions/watch how-to videos, but I’m getting back to a consistent workout routine. I’m not obsessive so a “week” might take me 10 days to get through, and I train purely because I like to and would like to avoid a nursing home for as long as possible, but the exercises are not complicated. Having done PRGRM for so long, I have a sense of what I can do with superbands in a home gym vs a cable machine. I had stopped training for awhile for a variety of personal reasons but this app is helping me get back on track.
