Novio Knie supports you in your knee rehabilitation after a cruciate ligament tear – whether conservative or surgical.

The app offers a multimodal approach: • Personalized training: Guided training with over 130 exercises based on your doctor's instructions. • Learning units: Compact videos explain the background, answer frequently asked questions, and provide helpful everyday tips. • Leg axis training with AI control: Camera tracking gives you live feedback on your stable leg axis. • Reduce swelling: Guided lymph flow stimulates your lymphatic system. • Grow your tree: Collect points and watch your digital tree grow.

Intended Use Novio Knee is a mobile app for digital therapy following an anterior cruciate ligament tear with possible associated injuries and similar knee injuries. It consists of a guided training plan and specific information. The training consists of an exercise repertoire for surgical and conservative treatment.

Contraindications • H54.0 Blindness and profound visual impairment, binocular • I26 Pulmonary embolism • I50 Heart failure • J18 Pneumonia • I80.2 Thrombosis, phlebitis, and thrombophlebitis of other deep vessels of the lower extremities • M22.0 Habitual luxation of the patella • M23.4 Loose body of the knee joint • M24.07 Loose body of the ankle and foot (tarsus, metatarsus, toes, ankle, other joints of the foot) • M00 Purulent arthritis • M01 Direct joint infections in infectious and parasitic diseases classified elsewhere
