The Oracle Health Patient Portal allows you to: • Appointment scheduling: Direct book an appointment with an established care team member for you and connected family members. • Prepare for upcoming appointments: Complete registration for an upcoming appointment to save time in the waiting room and identify that you have arrived for an appointment. • Communicate with your care team: Send secure messages to your care team with ability to include images and documents. • Access health records: View new test results as soon as they are available and previous health records from your provider. • Write health notes: Document notes based on health questions you have for your care team or information shared during a health visit. • To access your account, you can either self-enroll if you are an established patient or contact your healthcare organization to receive an invitation to enroll.
