Recent reviews

I rented on and off with RTR, even purchased a dress with them. I ultimately decided to close my account when I didn’t find enough options in my very eclectic style to justify the subscription. They have many stylish options but they just weren’t ‘me’. That said, I cancelled my subscription before sending off my rentals and my spouse offered to drop them off while out on errands. Unfortunately, he forgot them and they stayed in his trunk for two months! I understandably received a large withdrawal from my bank account and was shocked. I reached out to customer support and immediately resolved the charges upon their return. Later, the shipping facility missed a scan of one of the returns and customer service reached out again to confirm it was sent, I confirmed and they issued that refund as well. Their customer service was responsive, proactive and helpful. I plan to rent again with them as needed for special occasion gowns. Great company.
