I was so excited to use this service again I have used it in the past . After my first month I was locked out of my account saying I needed to reset my password ( even though I knew my password ) . Countless emails trying to reset it so I could cancel it since I wasn’t able to utilize it being locked out I finally get ahold of someone and they cancel it for the next month but still charged me another month . The only solution was to delete the app bc it wouldn’t reset my password while it was downloaded to my phone . No refund and paid a full month for no service . Definitely wouldn’t use this again until the work out the kinks .

While I love the service, the app itself feels glitchy. I paused my subscription just now and it requested three unique logins (each with a passkey) in order to complete this task and send back my current products. I have given other feedback via email. As a PM I would say this should be a priority to continue to maintain such a great service!
