Love the company, been using for over 10 years, never an issue. But the app has sucked for about a year. Never signed in, glitching, and so many issues to actually get in and start shipping!

Membership has no options to cancel. On app, the button takes you to the browser link that lacks options for cancellation. Don’t waste your time, ethical businesses would make less predatory user interfaces.
